Dear Chris, Thanks for your comment. I have not tried forex, but you are correct that Binary Options present a more challenging environment where there is definitely no room for error, but like any trade if you do it the smart way you can always have a safe place to wait to recover if you fall

I’m a day trader, forex only, and I’ve always been surrounded by options traders (for obvious reasons). They all love it but they all agree on one thing – no room for error whatsoever! I mean, with forex (at times) you can just sit on your trade and wait for the market to return – not so with binary O’s. I was wondering what your view is on this?

To be honest with you Nate, I am not 100% sure, I think is possible with proper planning but that never has been my goal. I am just focused in making an extra income. Like for instance, if I have 1000 US$ available that is what I use and nothing else, and then if I can convert that to 2000 US$ or more I am happy, then I do that every time I have extra money, then is a bit more and it stops there and then it is time to enjoy.

Derek, you can use most of the brokers I recommend for a demo account, and recently I tried etoro as well. This last one is very good for beginners.

Hi Diaz,

I love the way you are open and honest in this article and about why you have created the site. Me personally two mid to long term goals are to make money trading binary options (I am more interested in commodities) and Forex. (currently, I am focusing on Affiliate Marketing and Blogging)

Now, I have tried forex before, my mistake was trusting the brokers and online software to do the trades for me (some are designed to make you lose money!) I do know few people that are earning their living doing forex. So it is certainly possible.

Not sure about binary trading? are there any online platforms where you can set up “practice” accounts where you are not using real money? to test strategies and techniques against the live market? I know that is possible with forex (demo account) but binary trading?

I think that it’s really good that you’re creating a site about binary options because when I was trying to make some extra money a few years ago with binary options, there wasn’t much information out there and I lost a lot of money for me at the time. Binary options are definitely not something that a beginner should try doing so your site looks perfect for someone looking to learn how to trade them.
Is it possible to make a full-time income trading binary options?
